The Hybrid Approach combines CBH and LC to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and take clear, confident steps forward.
This is ideal if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure what kind of support you need. The Hybrid Approach model gives us the flexibility to adapt to session-to-session based on how you’re feeling.
