Stress Management & Resilience-Building

Stress Management & Resilience-Building is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you understand how stress operates in the body and mind, and how to reduce its impact in daily life.

It is skills-focused making it suitable if you’re feeling overloaded, close to burnout, or looking for tools to manage stress more effectively. This is a practical approach to understanding the mechanics of stress and regaining internal steadying when external demands are high. This approach is delivered as a group programme and focuses on building long-term resilience in a calm, supportive way.
