My name is Clare, and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Transformational Life Coach, and Stress & Resilience specialist.

I support professionals, leaders, and high-achievers who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched thin by the constant pressure to hold everything together.

I blend Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Transformational Life Coaching and stress-management techniques to help you:

Why I Do This Work

Because I know what it’s like to carry so much that you forget to take care of yourself.

I spent many years in roles that required composure, responsibility, and emotional strength. I understand what it’s like to push through, to hold everything together for everyone else, to feel tired in ways that rest doesn’t fix.

I was lucky. I had superb leadership above me. But I still found myself stressed from spinning too many plates and not wanting to let anyone down.

I also know the power of having a calm, grounding space where you can put the mask down, breathe, and feel supported without judgement.

Clarashi was created to give people exactly that, a place where you can breathe.
