About Clarashi
A considered, professional approach to working with people under sustained pressure.
How I approach the work
I work with people who are quietly under strain. Professionals and entrepreneurs who are still functioning, still delivering, but who know that something has become unsustainable.
What interests me is not the crisis point, but everything before it. The way stress accumulates slowly. The way capable people adapt and compensate and keep going, long past the point where something needed to change. My work is focused there, on understanding the patterns that have built up over time, and creating the conditions in which something different becomes possible.
I work deliberately and at a considered pace. I have little interest in quick fixes or surface-level reassurance. I aim to provide genuine, lasting change. That requires space to think, time to reflect, and a structure that holds the process carefully.
Professional Background
I came to this work through a genuine interest in how people function under pressure and through my own experience and understanding of what it means to keep going when things are hard. That shapes how I work.
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, working in line with recognised professional and ethical standards. My approach draws on structured therapeutic methods alongside reflective coaching, depending on what is most appropriate for you and the work being undertaken.
I am committed to ongoing professional development. My work is shaped by evidence-based frameworks, clinical supervision, and a respect for the responsibility involved in working with people’s well-being.
Professional training and qualifications
My core therapeutic training was completed through The UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, which specialises in an evidence-based cognitive-behavioural approach to hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
I hold the following qualifications:
Level 5 Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (HDip CBH) completed through The UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy and awarded as an NCFE-accredited Customised Qualification, with its learning outcomes and assessment criteria benchmarked at Level 5.
Diploma in Stress Management and Resilience Building (Dip SMRB) The UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy.
Certificate in Integrative Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Cert. I. CBT) The UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy.
My coach training was completed with the International Coach Academy and I hold the following qualifications:
Certified Professional Coach (CPC) The International Coach Academy
The Higher Diploma included theoretical study, practical skills development, supervised practice, written assessment and case study work. My training covered cognitive and behavioural approaches, hypnosis, treatment planning, ethical practice and working within professional boundaries.
I am a member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP) and work in accordance with its professional and ethical requirements. I am also committed to continuing professional development.
Alongside my therapeutic and coaching training, I hold a Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management and Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. My earlier career gave me experience of organisational pressure, responsibility, workplace relationships and the realities of functioning in demanding professional environments.
What working with me is like
Sessions are focused and purposeful, but not pressured. There is space to think clearly, without judgement, without needing to perform, explain everything at once, or have it all worked out.
The emphasis is on understanding what is actually happening, building practical skills you can use between sessions, and making changes that last beyond the work itself.
