About Clarashi
A considered, professional approach to working with people under sustained pressure.
How I approach the work
My work is grounded in the belief that clarity develops best when there is space to think, time to reflect, and a steady structure around the process. I work deliberately, focusing on understanding patterns and responses rather than reacting to surface symptoms alone.
I specialise in supporting individuals before the point of crisis, helping to dismantle the patterns of quiet stress that make professional life feel unsustainable.
I am interested in how people think under pressure, how stress accumulates quietly over time, and how capable individuals often continue functioning long after something has become unsustainable. The aim of the work is not to push change, but to create the conditions in which change can occur.
The work is paced carefully and held with consistency, without unnecessary distraction.
What working with me is like
Sessions are focused and quietly challenging. They provide space to think clearly rather than perform or explain everything at once. The emphasis is on understanding what is happening, practising useful techniques between sessions, and making changes that can be sustained beyond the work itself.
I work collaboratively, while maintaining professional responsibility for the process. This means the work is deliberate and purposeful.

My approach draws on structured therapeutic methods alongside reflective coaching, depending on what is most appropriate for the individual and the work being undertaken.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and practice within clear boundaries. My work is shaped by evidence-based frameworks, clinical supervision, and a respect for the responsibility involved in working with people’s well-being.
To ensure the highest level of ethical practice and clinical oversight, I have aquired the following qualifications and maintain professional membership with the following bodies:
Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (HDip CBH)

Certified Professional Coach (CPC)
Member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP)

Alongside my therapeutic training, I hold an Associate CIPD qualification (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
I practice within the strict ethical frameworks of these organisations, which include regular supervision and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
