How I Work
My work is thoughtful, deliberate, and undertaken over time.
I specialise in supporting professionals navigating the internal cost of sustained pressure, what I call,
Quiet Stress.
Clarashi Atelier
Clarashi Atelier is the primary way I work with clients. It is my signature integrated framework for professionals who need both the therapeutic depth to manage stress and the strategic clarity to make high-level decisions.
It is a six-month therapeutic and coaching engagement, designed for people who are quietly under strain. The work brings together structured therapeutic support with reflective coaching, allowing space to address immediate pressure while also making more considered, longer-term changes.
Sessions typically take place fortnightly, allowing time between meetings to practice skills, reflect, and integrate what has been discussed. The work is deliberately paced, with review points built in to ensure it remains focused and appropriate.
Clarashi Atelier is offered to a limited number of clients each year. This allows the work to be considered carefully, with consistency and attention throughout the engagement.
All sessions are online, allowing you to receive support from wherever you are, in a private and comfortable space.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) is offered for more focused, short-term work. It can be helpful where a specific issue is clearly identified, such as anxiety patterns, phobias, habits, or stress responses that feel difficult to shift.
CBH sessions are goal-directed, using evidence-based techniques to help reduce symptoms and increase a sense of control.
Life Coaching
Life coaching is offered for clients who are seeking space to think clearly about direction, decisions, or change. The focus is reflective and motivational, supporting clients to examine patterns, priorities, and assumptions that may be shaping how they work or live.
Coaching sessions may be helpful where the emphasis is on decision-making, perspective, and forward planning, rather than therapeutic change.
Stress Management & Resilience-Building
Stress Management & Resilience-Building is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you understand how stress operates in the body and mind, and how to reduce its impact in daily life. Essentially, it is a structured approach to help prevent executive burnout.
It is skills-focused making it suitable if you’re feeling overloaded, experiencing persistent internal fatigue, or looking for tools to manage stress more effectively. This approach is delivered as a group programme and focuses on building long-term resilience in a calm, supportive way.
