Clarashi offers a calm, non-judgemental space to pause, make sense of what’s happening and move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.
When things don’t feel as straightforward as you would like
For many people difficulty doesn’t arrive as crisis.
It shows up as increased mental load, tension, or a sense that decisions take more effort than they used to.
Life may look broadly fine from the outside, work continues, responsibilities are met, but internally there’s less space, less clarity, less ease than before.
It isn’t personal failing. It’s often the result of prolonged pressure, insufficient recovery, and having too little room to think properly.

The focus is on reducing mental load and restoring clarity, without rushing or overcomplicating the process.
I work with a limited number of clients at any one time.
How I Support You
Most of my work takes place within Clarashi Atelier, a six-month theraputic and coaching engagement.
It is offered to a small number of clients each year.
