What is Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH)?
CBH is an evidence-based combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and hypnosis techniques.
Hypnosis helps you to focus, have a quieter mind, and to accept positive suggestions more easily, creating lasting change. You stay fully aware and in control at all times.
The combination of CBT and hypnosis help you to manage anxiety, build resilience, and feel calmer and more in control of your life. The technqiues focus on understanding your thoughts and behaviours and take you from survival mode to confident balanced living.

What issues can you help with?
I specialise in working with women who carry a lot on their shoulders, entrepeneurs, directors, and senior professionals who are used to keeping everything together on the surface, when they feel overwhelmed, anxious, or are suffering with imposter syndrome and feel like they have lost touch with who they are.
I help with stress, anxiety, burnout, overthinking, self-doubt, perfectionism, sleep difficulties, and tension.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, and stress management techniques to help you reconnect with calm, confidence, and clarity so you can thrive in leadership and in life.

What happens in sessions?
That really depends on whether you have decided on Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), Transformational Life Coaching (TLC), or a blend of the two.
Common to the modalities is that we start with a short check-in, followed by a structured session. For CBH you will go away with techniques to pratice between sessions and possibly a hypnotherapy recording to listen to. For TLC you will go away with a thorough action plan to do between sessions.

Will I lose control under hypnosis?
No. Not at all. You remain fully aware and in control throughout.
